Happy Tuesday Everyone!

It’s October, a slight fall chill is in the air and the leaves are slowly turning into ambers, golds, oranges and reds.  In fact, autumn foliage is a great and economical resource for DIY projects—especially florals for weddings during this season.

One can cut costs and create unique designs when using leaves to create wedding bouquets, reception flowers, or even home floral arrangements.  Plus, leaves are so flexible in nature that you can create anything from a faux rose to a seasonal wreath for your front door.  Of course, if you are considering taking on such a project, you have to make sure you first clean your leaves.  Also, consider what type of leaf you want to use, as shapes vary depending on the type of tree from which the leaf originates.

Fall is a great time to get creative with your DIY skills.  As we prepare to spend more time indoors, you’ll have the opportunity to rock the floral designer within you!

Best,
