We are in the final countdown to Christmas Day and you haven’t even begun to think about dinner plans. How many guests are you serving? What are you serving? What type of decor do you want to have – traditional, modern, country, or lux? So many questions, yet so little time; but I am here to help with a little tablescape inspiration!
You’ll want your Christmas tablescape to reflect that atmosphere you want for your gathering. Do you live in the laid-back Southwest region of the U.S.? If so, then how about decor that conveys the lifestyle. Live in the downtown area of one of the major cities in the Northeast? Then, a contemporary-modern holiday tablescape may be more to your liking. Maybe you’re one of those individuals who love to break out the best china and flatware during this time of year. If so, then you’ll probably want to go lux for your decor. The great thing is that regardless of what type of table-top design you want to have, there are many places where you can go to get discounted items for entertaining. Therefore, you don’t have to break the bank to have the decor that you want.
Just remember that there is only one rule for your dinner table design and that is: HAVE FUN WITH IT!
