Happy Monday Peeps!

Hope this new and final week of March brings you new adventures.  It definitely brings the expectancy of the many events that will be taking place over the next three months including: Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and a host of weddings and graduations.   If you are hosting some of these events, you may be in need of some ideas for your centerpiece(s).

I say let the flowers of the season be your inspiration!  Easter is in April this year, and the flower of the month is the Sweet Pea.  A blossoming bouquet of these delicate beauties will give your holiday brunch or dinner table the right accent.  Although many consider the Lily of the Valley a floral most appropriate when honoring the dearly departed, it can also be used to decorate a beautiful Mother’s Day tablescape since it is May’s flower of the month.  If you’re not comfortable creating a centerpiece consisting of only lilies, try combining them with another flower.  As June’s flower of the month, roses are the go-to florals for most individuals when celebrating loved ones.  Since it is the month known for honoring dads and grads, the variety of roses that are available can provide you with an endless amount of choices when planning  your decor.

Of course, I can’t forget all of the brides-to-be out there.  If you are getting married between April and June, consider selecting these flowers (roses, obviously) to adorn your wedding party and reception bouquets.   Want your florals to be a personal reflection of you and the groom?  Consider adding the flowers that represent your birth months.  However, you choose to adorn your celebration, make sure it blooms with love, laughter and fun!

Best,
