Seasons Greetings!

Christmas Day is quickly approaching, and with less than a week left to finish shopping and menu planning, many of you may be in need for some Christmas Eve entertaining ideas.  How about hosting a holiday soiree with Chinese cuisine?  For many years, those who don’t celebrate Christmas have found themselves eating at their favorite Chinese restaurant on December 25th.  Who says you can’t incorporate this tradition into your festivities?

Nowadays, it is normal for many people to host family gatherings on the night before Christmas.  Some even open gifts at that time.  Using this day to serve a non-traditional holiday menu will make the party more fun and give your guests a taste of the unexpected.   You can even have fortune cookies made with special holiday messages.

Using this day to venture from the norm is a great way to start a new holiday tradition with your family and friends.

圣诞节快乐 (Merry Christmas)!
