Responsibilities:
Provide correspondence to customers via phone and email.
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) for Windows and/or Mac.
Reliable transportation for onsite events (dates and times vary).
Live in the Philadelphia/Delaware Region
Client Services Coordinator (Part-time)
Responsibilities:
Provide correspondence to clients via phone and email.
Distribute mail, and develop and maintain filing system.
Management of client event logistics
Requirements:
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) for Windows and/or Mac.
