Happy Friday Friends and Followers!
It’s January and I’m knee-deep in snow, and I see red and pink everywhere. If you’ve been in your local retail stores within the last few days, you’ve probably seen red and pink everywhere as well. Yes, I am talking about the universal theme colors of Valentine’s Day—and it will be here faster than you can unwrap a box of Ghirardelli chocolates.
Of course if you have a significant other to celebrate the day with, you may opt for the traditional quiet dinner at home or at your favorite restaurant. However, if you are looking to have a more festive celebration, you may want to consider hosting a ‘V-Day’ dinner party for some of the favorite couples in your life. But, don’t worry if you don’t have a special someone to share the day with, as this may be a great opportunity to host a huge party for all of your male and female friends who may be in a ‘single’ status right now. You could also opt to host a Valentine’s Day spa day luncheon for all of your single girlfriends.
Unfortunately, this holiday sometimes forces many to believe that they have to celebrate it a certain way, or have a certain relationship status to celebrate. So. Not. True. Regardless of your plans, the only thing you’re REQUIRED to do for V-Day is to take the limits off!
Best,
